Jinx The Minx FO, OB1

Jinx is a KNPV Belgian Malinois female with her lines coming from the Netherlands. She has an easy-going attitude and strong work ethic, being both titled in sport and working as a cardiac alert service dog. She has a dark sable coat that shifts with the seasons, becoming bright gingerbread in the summer and a rich charcoal color in the winter. She has solid bone structure and is large for a female Belgian Malinois, which adds to the “deterrent” factor.

Beyond her ability to work in the field or by your side as a service dog, Jinx sports a large amount of show-stopping tricks. From walking in reverse or hopping backwards across a field to flips and spins. She loves to demonstrate these tricks while playing frisbee, she is quite the talented disc dog, too.

She has heavy food drive, heavy ball drive, good prey drive, and strong hunt drive. Jinx loves to use her nose, to run, to train and to play. She has the most advanced training we offer, both on and off-leash. She is not trained formally in protection; as this would contradict her being a service dog. However, she is trained to perform specific behaviors on command to deter threats from committing a crime. One of these behaviors is referred to as a “bark and hold”. Though she is not trained to bite, Jinx will certainly perform well when it comes to keeping you safe. Jinx is a fully trained cardiac alert service dog, even if you do not have a cardiac condition an alert on scent for a different medical condition can be trained here with us for additional costs ($2500)

Jinx has been raised by and lived alongside our Master Trainer, Blaze, since she was 11 wks old. She is titled in WDA, earning her Family Obedience (FO) and her Obedience Dog 1 (OB1). She would make an excellent assistance dog, family dog, or a lovely sport dog with additional training.
